  • I don't really understand all the complaints here. If you're not happy with the service you paid for, set an appropriate deadline—maybe a week—and then do a chargeback with the credit card company or PayPal to get your money back.

On the other hand, if you think you will still receive the service and want it, then keep waiting.

Users must clearly understand that every penny they pay is for a high-risk speculative asset, not a stable cloud computing infrastructure.

  • Order Number: 6174242873. I have made payment on 11th Feb. however the service is still not activated.

And what about the people who already had a service and now it's dead in the water and can't get a single response.
You don't understand the complaints about being ghosted for 2+ weeks? Interesting take.

No one expects 24/7 2 hour response times from a small group like this. A day, 2, even 3 days is not ideal but understandable, but 2+ weeks ghosting new and existing clients, zero communication is when people become less understanding.
The bare minimum would be to at least post saying they are having XYZ issue and have a rough ETA, but nope, nothing, Casper the ghost.
And this isn't the first time when you look at other posts and threads on LET.

To be honest, I bought two discounted VPSs from them and tried contacting them through various channels, but no customer service responded for three days. When they finally did reply, I felt their sincerity. They might be a one-person team or a small group; such cheap VPSs are known as "hearse VPSs" in the Chinese community. If they can weather this storm, it will be a worthwhile investment.

No response so far. Never had such experience before.

Extremely cost-effective, but with limited support.

Seriously. If you don't have access to your VPS and you are waiting for one man army to respond to your ticket ?

I don't understand why are you continuously defending?

If there is a provisioning delay, it would be much better to clearly state it upfront—like many other providers do—by adding a disclaimer that the VPS will be ready within a specified time frame and asking customers not to follow up before that period has passed.

What’s frustrating is receiving a ticket response saying the issue has been fixed, only to check the control panel and find that nothing has changed and there is still no access to the VPS. At this point, it doesn’t appear to be a matter of limited resources but a deliberate delay without clear communication.

What world are you living in? That’s not how banking or PayPal disputes actually work. If refunds were processed that casually, it would be incredibly easy for people to abuse the system with the help of others.

Please stop giving oversimplified advice and defending a business that clearly hasn’t been acting responsibly or professionally.

If you want stability and timely responses, you should find a top-tier provider, not them. I'll say it again: you get what you pay for. If you think it's worth it, keep it; if you don't, request a refund. Please read the terms carefully before purchasing anything! You have the right to leave a negative review or file a lawsuit!

The following is from their website:
Security precautions & Hypervisor migration (In Progress)
    Priority - Critical
    Affecting Server - Virtualizor NL
    Dear Customers,
We're aware that there are couple of tickets to process as there are some delays.
We're also aware of recent security issues with couple of other companies, linked by virtualizor allegations. We're at the moment hardening security access, autiditng the infrastructure and planning to migrate from Virtualizor to Virtfusion/Proxmox. Please allow us some time to do it.
We're aiming to sort out most of the tickets by end of day today - however, mentioned security activities are marked as critical for ongoing operations.

    Thank You for your understanding.

    Hello!
For annual tariffs, is the 25TB transfer limit per year or per month?

I got a lot more for less money with other VPS providers.
With ChunkServe I got the following:

    • Pending (undelivered) VPS
    • Ticket response time close to two weeks.
    • Support didn't resolve anything, and didn't issue a refund (which I requested and they accepted, but never actually processed it).
    • Had to go through PayPal dispute, a month after my purchase

Other VPS providers like DediRock, DeluxHost, CloudServe, and others typically reply within 48 hours and actually deliver the service.

This VPS provider gives me the impression that they allocate servers based on who makes the most noise.
