It has active status but can't be reached by any way. No one responds to my inquiries or does anything. The ticket #YWE-512244 has been created, but nobody cares.

    Hi, the problem is someone buys a service, money gone, but vps and support looks dead. If I'd have got a short response like "The problem exists, we're working on it, wait two days please" it's ok for me to wait for some time. But try harder please :)
    BTW your response in about 24h after creating the ticket #YWE-512244 had "Let me fix it real quick." And 30 hours have passed and nothing.

  • My experience with this hosting provider has been disappointing due to what appears to be broken automation.

    My server cannot be brought online - the assigned IP address is not reachable even when booting into Rescue Mode. VNC is consistently offline and cannot be accessed either via a standalone client or the built-in noVNC console. Additionally, attempts to reinstall the system fail with the following error: Failed to find logical volume "node04-SSD-01/vm-8089-d4LGt559nCjmTtOp-zOWzSbyEelkyhRWG".

    Technical support has not responded for over a day, so I have requested a refund. I sincerely hope they will process the refund for the payment made via Stripe.

    I received the answer where support promised fix it "real quick". 5 days have passed since and nothing happens. No reply, no fixing.

  • Interestign... I keep having issues where I cannot access my server from certain networks. If I VPN to a EU server it works, but from home it does not, but from mo> @rm_ said:

    Half of the internet is not reachable from the VPS... Also the billing panel does not load.

    I had this problem with my VPS as well, took a few tickets to get fixed but eventually they figured out whatever it is. It has been months since running into the problem.

    To be honest, I feel scammed! I submitted a request to cancel a server that never went online for even a second (the IP address I was assigned didn't even ping, and VNC access didn't work). The request to cancel the server was processed quickly, but I didn't get my money back. I wrote to technical support, but they are ignoring me.

    I think there's just one person behind all this, and he's just backed up on tickets. It's not a scam, but you'll probably have to wait a bit as he triages issues.

    I kind of agree, but at the same time, ChunkServe themselves are not willing to meet halfway, they don't provide any information about the planned deadlines, and besides, it's logical to expect that if I requested cancellation of the service, I expect a refund. However, the money for the canceled service was not even credited to my account - it was "0" and remained "0"

    FYI: I received the SSH login details right away on a Sunday. yay!!
    FYI2: ssh connection timing out debug1: Connecting to 141.x.x.x [141.x.x.x] port 22. debug3: set_sock_tos: set socket 3 IP_TOS 0x48 :(
    FYI3: I could finish the installation myself using their VirtFusion interface. All fixed!
