@Chunkserve - I want a refund as requested in my 3rd ticket update - Ticket #KIG-841477 - Put yourself in our shoes, you buy a VPS, the server fails to image, the company does not answer for 6 days. Trust gone. Sort out your support system.

  • Order Number: 2331370987
I would love to receive 'Double Bandwith', thank you so much!

6 days downtime.... Just ask them to spin up another machine dude. And thrash the old one, hope you did your backups.

  • Please do not purchase any more; it's a complete waste of money. Support tickets are not being processed, and the VPS console is completely inoperable.

Hey, what was the ticket ID? I probably missed it. Will review pending things today. Additionally, on what node is your server? May we move it to new VF cluster?

Ok so I was moved to the VF node and the performance got an insane boost (by insane, I really mean it). It is probably cause the node is not used up + VF optimization. But I've been facing some other issues inside the server. Anyways, the VF panel makes me happy compared to that old broken VPS panel they had before.

The issue I am facing is ping doesn't work. If I do ping example.com it won't work. But if I do curl example.com, it works perfectly. It even reflects in the below YABS test where ping is blank.

Also IP location shows that it's located in Poland but I checked it with a more reliable site and it says that the IP is located in Netherlands which is correct. It's probably not updated in YABS IP address database.

Overall seen a very great boost in CPU performance, Disk speeds, and Network speed.

But one big downside is the support is slow. I've been waiting for days for the ping issue to be resolved. I hope it gets resolved soon.

    Here's the updated YABS:

Please do not purchase any more; it's a complete waste of money. Support tickets are not being processed, and the VPS console is completely inoperable.

Hey, what was the ticket ID? I probably missed it. Will review pending things today. Additionally, on what node is your server? May we move it to new VF cluster?

Looking forward to your free gifts!

Hey buddy! I bought two VPSs from you! I haven't received the free gifts for either order yet. Can you give me a break?

Just saying that I have a similar issue with the panel not working any more (i.e. showing as "Offline", although the VPS itself is still working fine): #SMH-911670 - wouldn't mind being moved to VirtFusion.

  • Mine is stuck in migrations mode after they tried to help me with hard drive speed. Now any change I make to the VPS is not saved and I'm getting kicked off SSH every 1 min. I'm done with them.

@Chunkserve my VPS has also been offline and only crickets, zero response, doesn't seem like you managed to process pending tickets today.

They're busy migrating to the VF control panel and can't make it. You can seek customer support at https://discord.gg/jJbd3jAn2 for priority migration. I've already successfully migrated. I couldn't use my VPS for the first three days after activating it; it was only after their migration that I could access it normally.

The comments are mostly bad I see. Hope I didnt get scammed

  • Order Number: 2702354488
Please add 1 vCPU or 1 GB RAM

VPS paid but still pending. Ordered through Virtfusion Panel, not (Legacy) Virtualizor Panel.

  • I have contacted them to Discord also, no response yet. I don't know how to reach them. Just wait maybe.

They're processing the work order! Their promotion is great value, let's give them some time and space, and show them more trust! They're still a small team and need to grow!

  • Hello. I've created a ticket #FWU-354559, but I'll write it here anyway. Today, I faced a major issue where my server stopped working. After a long investigation, I discovered that the problem was caused by the CPU being loaded at 100%. I have a server with two cores, but it didn't make much of a difference. Even with minimal load, the CPU was still loaded at 100%, and everything stopped working. I've been dealing with this issue for the past eight hours. Nothing has been able to resolve it. please sort this out.

May you have better luck than everyone else here saying they can't get a response and it's been nothing but silence and crickets.
My VPS has been offline almost a week and it has been silence. Even tried on their discord and still nothing.
All this time it's been crickets, finally today get a nothing response asking if they can migrate the dead offline server. Why they don't just do this when the ticket clearly shows it's offline and dead in the water. And of course silence again. It will be down all weekend and into next week.
