They're working on this. All the plans are apparently set to unlimited and people are dumping data so its overloading the pipes on some servers.... and since 500+ plans its a nightmare to manage... and no real vm management its a pain. They're throttling the abusers one by one manually

You know that's called fraud right? Its not free its theft and illegal. He's stealing services from me while Lewis is unaffected... hurting all my customers and preventing me from providing cheaper services.

What are you talking about??? My deals are you talking about peoples original orders? I haven't made any statements about not honoring those at all. I have no intentions of not honoring them and everything is still operational. The plan right now is to keep everything as is.
If you're talking about current promo's/deals going on somewhere for sale, then no we might not honor them. Anything purchased right now is reviewed and accepted or cancelled/refunded. If its a outrageously low deal it'll be refunded, if its somewhat sane it'll be accepted.
Just go to lawyer. What lewis did is a sham and you should rescind the asset transfer since he took the money supposed to fund the prepaid service where he's bound to provide the service to his customer.
The more you prolong any sort of legal action e.g filing police report, telling banks, payment processors, etc. The more likely the court see you as the successor and liable for contract between Lewis and his customer

I'm so confused on all these posts here. How am I always made out to be the bad guy in this? Its 10am on Xmas and I'm sitting here fixing tickets after dealing with it all night and the past nights. And now dealing with someone DDOSing one of our /24s
All I've done is paid plenty of money keeping the servers online, spent 20 hour days every day making sure tickets and everything is handled and worked to get things moving, all during xmas week while everyone else is on vacation. All I've asked from the community is a few days for us to get the house in order before an official announcement is made
Why would this be theft? They have no contract with you, if you provide a free server for them it's not theft. You don't need to provide the server, they don't need to contact you, as they have no contract with you. VeloxMedias customers don't need to contact you at all, since they have nothing to do with you, they just use the "free"/paid server.

It is up to you ofc but maybe you should focus on your current task. Fighting here on forum with people is not going to make any good. There are a lot of people here with a lot of free time and they like to play LowEndDetective game.

Well, look back at everything you've said here and on discord; you (at least) gave the impression by saying "contracts are with Lewis" and "before the 21st is Lewis, from the 25th it's mine". Also there you've mentioned getting rid of really ridicilously unsustainable deals.
It's good that reality seems to sink in a bit now and you're realizing that you have an obligation against customers (that have a contract with VeloxMedia, not with Lewis).

There's obviously going to be new terms and conditions and policies and everything else so new "contracts" . This has nothing to do with the service or anything else, just legal.
The only issue I foresee is any crazy deals but I haven't looked into specific deals.
I fully plan on keeping everything intact exactly how it is.

If its a fraud then cancel and file a chargeback, if its legit then stick with it. can't be both.
