@gigahost can you give us a picture of the 7$ ones?
This was the computer (cyber 760 supercomputer) from my college back in the day (80s), we have come along way from those 300mb spinning rust disk packs, the thing would crash frequently once you had over 600 people logged in (at 300 baud bits/sec)
Hobby servers on DC3

Looks cool
Just out of curiosity, I noticed all the intel core i3/i5/i7 servers are HP (or at least all the ones I've seen). Is there a reason why you use HP for those as opposed to Dell, etc?
Its just what was available at the time. However, we also have quite a few Dell based Core i3,i5,i7 as well
Our website now features an about us page, which has a quite unique glimpse into 2006
In 2024, we had only a few servers.

Here is a peak at our Los Angeles data center racks! We have space available if you are looking for a dedicated server or colo in LA
Did @dustinc come dusting his cabinets? Looks spotless 👌
Love these photos. Just toured a local data center here, too. But they were restrictive about photos and guests; and had to be guided.
They claim it is a security risk. But I dont understand how photos of cases could be an issue?
Photos of cases probably not, photos outside of cases probably, and they probably just don't want to have to make that decision for each photo and so it's just easier to say "no photos"
