Does anyone own both the F-4 and Z-4? Can you compare their performance?
they are pretty identical, the performance result always varies depends on the time or the user using the resources
Hopefully server maintenance is faster next time. No compensation needed this time, but if it goes down again this week, I’ll ask for it.
is F-3 delivered instantly or already out of stock? mine is pending but if its OOS its ok to cancel.

Yes, we are aware of this problem which arose yesterday.
As it appears that due to the change made to the invoicing system (to make the invoices automatically Updated to the delivery date and not the purchase date) Something broke, it should have already been fixed and whoever had this double invoice problem has been refunded, we ask for any problem to open a ticket, Unfortunately it is difficult to help as this is not a support platform

Same issue here with unauthorized use of payment methods and duplicate billing. So far, no automatic refund/correction. I've opened a support ticket (but no response yet).
The delivery date update only worked for 1/5 services.
