I just ordered a F-1. My invoice is #6625. and you mentioned a 14-day delivery period. Is there a more precise timeframe? Your refund policy states 12 hours—is that 12 hours after payment of the invoice or 12 hours after the order is activated? I'd like to run some tests on the machine after receiving it to see if it meets my needs.
Unfortunately there is no precise time, it will depend on our supplier.
Regarding the Refund Policy, this only applies after the server is delivered, so don't worry.
I would much rather pay in a more stable currency than dollars to be able to predict how much will I pay when renewing my service. Also, the service location is in Amsterdam, so collecting fees in euros makes sense as they probably have to pay their costs in euros. Just get a card with low forex fees, man
