The subnet geolocation has yet to be fully updated, but our servers are in Amsterdam.
At the moment the stocks are full, no further restocks are planned for this offer, but who knows in the future.
Much depends on user usage, as it is shared the speed can vary greatly.
Overall, it's great, for the most inexpensive F-1 plan, I'm happy, BUT:

1. I still want to upgrade it to F-2...

It's possible you're just confusing people.
You say "delivery within 14 days" then you say "may be delay" then "delivered as planned" then "some may be delayed".
Possibly I'm an idiot but the back and forth is definitely at least awkward to parse.
Anyway, I'm not even a customer but maybe you don't realize.

You brought up a fair point: our communication was accurate in terms of content, but the tone and structure could have been clearer. We explained that deliveries are on schedule, that it was a preorder, and that a few cases might need extra checks, but the way it was phrased might come off as confusing to someone reading quickly.
So yes, from the outside it might seem contradictory, even though we’re sticking exactly to what was promised from day one. The confusion likely comes more from how the message was worded than from the actual situation.
We appreciate you pointing it out, even as a “non-customer.”

On May 5th 2025, was clearly stated "VPS delivered within 14 days of order (often sooner!)."
May 5th + 14 days = 19th. If we take into consideration the time of announcement too, that's precisely 14 days ago. This means the 14 days have passed.
@DeluxHost - people are tolerant, but maybe some apologies are welcomed, because that "within 14 days" statement has run its course. Besides, the time-frame was set by you, not by LET community - therefore you could have set 30 days as far as people care.
Not all have been delivered. Opening a ticket now.

Just to clarify: all VPS from the May 5th batch have been delivered, and well within the 14-day window we clearly stated at launch.
We understand the importance of transparency, and that’s why we communicated the delivery time upfront. “Within 14 days” means any time up to that point, not necessarily sooner, not instantly, and not negotiable. Today is day 14, and everything has gone out as planned.
We appreciate the community’s patience and also the fair reminder to keep communication sharp. But in this case, there’s no delay to apologize for: the timeframe was respected fully.
