just wondering, what plans are in place in case of a hardware failure?
as it looks now you rack up enough orders to get a new server. But what if one of these fails in a couple of months.. will the VPSs on that server be down for days until you have a replacement?
what underlying software are you using and will a migration/restore be even possible in case of mentioned failure?

We completely understand your concern. In case of a hardware failure, we already have contingency plans in place. We keep spare servers on standby specifically for emergencies, so if a server needs repairs or becomes unusable, it can be swapped out quickly.
Additionally, our infrastructure uses RAID configurations to reduce the risk of data loss and improve reliability.
Furthermore, in the near future we will insert an automatic/manual backup system into the VPS management panel that can be decided by the customer independently, We are currently waiting for the new HDDs to arrive, due to our expansion, we will need a lot of them for everyone. (And so that means there could be offers for Storage servers as well. 👀)
On the software side, we use a virtualization platform that supports quick recovery and migration in the event of a host failure.
In short, we’re prepared to handle hardware issues with minimal disruption to our clients.
Hoping of course that this never happens again.

We have a very fast average response, we have a lot of tickets, we try to help everyone, if your ticket is unanswered for too long you can write again to point it out, probably it has not been seen.
The VPS management panel is also fully online and functional.
The VPS management panel functions normally, but the VPS is always Suspended.
