    Hi @DeluxHost,

Few days ago (2nd April 2025) I sign up and paid for the X-4 offer and the service haven't deliver and is still pending in the billing portal.

Would I be receiving the service on the Xeon E5-2650 v4 Node or is automatically migrate to the Xeon Gold 6122 Node?

It's automatic, if you placed the order but you didn't receive anything, open a ticket :)

Also what is the bandwidth allowance of these plans? It doesn't seem to be written anywhere.

We use a Fair Use Policy, we don't give a concrete limit, but for us a fair use is around 5/10TB per month.

However, we try to be as lenient as possible.

This seems too good to be true. Serious question: are you sure this is sustainable? Will you uphold the deal if someone decides to use it for years?

Absolutely, I understand your concerns, but I assure you that if we make offers like this, it is because we know that they are completely sustainable.

The hardware is not rented but owned by us, and this helps us make all this possible.
Our goal is exactly this, to have trusted customers who will renew for years to come, we hope to gain more and more trust to make this happen.

    Some investigation:

This company was registered last year, precisely on this day, in Italy. On this note: Happy Anniversary @DeluxHost for your first year since company was registered.

The domain DeluxHost.net was registered last year, on 5th of July 2024 with Ionos (likely $1 first year offer at the time).

The company is hosting in Germany and Netherlands. DeluxHost does not own space, paying collocation to Interweb (Germany) and nLighten (Netherlands). On LET it started with €2/month offers in Germany, then went to 50% first month, then €0.8/month, then opened Netherlands with offers like these since March 2025. The current offer is the third of its kind over the past month (7th of March, 25th of March, 8th of April).

So far provider seems to deliver, even though offers are insanely good. We could see such offers from other providers in very limited quantity during Black Friday.

The mechanic of buying hardware with customer's money is not something new, as it was done before by others to get the business going. What troubles me is three aspects: first is a coincidence with Italy city of Pomezia where company is registered, which is also home of C1VHosting datacenter; the second is the city of Rome where administrator is resident (same as C1V admin); then there is the way of delivering servers with customer's money, meaning the provider does not have the money to invest, even though so far the offers sold out.

EDIT: Forgot to add the screen of company:

What's the conclusion? Is it OK to trust them?

    Some investigation:

This company was registered last year, precisely on this day, in Italy. On this note: Happy Anniversary @DeluxHost for your first year since company was registered.

The domain DeluxHost.net was registered last year, on 5th of July 2024 with Ionos (likely $1 first year offer at the time).

You get to decide. At the end of the day you have your own wallet.

If they can make enough money from customers paying for the first year only that they can afford to buy hardware with that, the business profitability must be insane, I should be opening my own company starting tomorrow. But it doesn’t sound realistic, I think they must have some initial money to invest into the hardware given the colocation costs you’ve mentioned

    Hi,

First of all, thank you for taking the time to investigate and share your thoughts about DeluxHost. We believe transparency and open dialogue are essential, especially in this industry.

Let us address your points one by one:

    1. Registration location and alleged connections:
It is true that our company is registered in Pomezia and the administrator resides in Rome. However, we want to make it absolutely clear that we have no connection whatsoever with C1VHosting, neither directly nor indirectly. We are a completely independent entity with our own infrastructure strategy, business model, and team.

    2. Hosting locations in Germany and the Netherlands:
Yes, we currently host through colocation agreements with Interwerk (Germany) and nLighten AMS 1 (Netherlands). This approach allows us to deliver reliable services at a competitive price. Not owning datacenter space is a standard and widely used practice among new but serious providers.

    3. Pricing strategy and business model:
Our promotional pricing, while aggressive, is backed by proper financial planning. It's true that part of our hardware has been financed through early revenue – a common and proven method in this industry, especially in the early stages. Every service sold so far has been delivered as promised, and we continue to scale carefully and responsibly.
The €0.80/month offer is a limited-time promotion meant to introduce our services to a broader audience. The fact that it sold out reflects a good response and growing trust.

    4. Transparency and documentation:
If you or anyone else has any doubts, we are more than happy to provide any necessary documentation – company registration, datacenter agreements, domain records, and more – to prove that DeluxHost is fully independent and operating transparently. We have absolutely nothing to hide.

In summary, while we understand your concerns and appreciate your attention to detail, we kindly invite you to reach out to us directly if you’d like to learn more or verify anything in depth. We’re always open to dialogue and happy to provide clarity where needed.

    Best regards
