Few days ago (2nd April 2025) I sign up and paid for the X-4 offer and the service haven't deliver and is still pending in the billing portal.
Would I be receiving the service on the Xeon E5-2650 v4 Node or is automatically migrate to the Xeon Gold 6122 Node?

We use a Fair Use Policy, we don't give a concrete limit, but for us a fair use is around 5/10TB per month.
However, we try to be as lenient as possible.
This seems too good to be true. Serious question: are you sure this is sustainable? Will you uphold the deal if someone decides to use it for years?

Some investigation:
This company was registered last year, precisely on this day, in Italy. On this note: Happy Anniversary @DeluxHost for your first year since company was registered.
The domain DeluxHost.net was registered last year, on 5th of July 2024 with Ionos (likely $1 first year offer at the time).
The company is hosting in Germany and Netherlands. DeluxHost does not own space, paying collocation to Interweb (Germany) and nLighten (Netherlands). On LET it started with €2/month offers in Germany, then went to 50% first month, then €0.8/month, then opened Netherlands with offers like these since March 2025. The current offer is the third of its kind over the past month (7th of March, 25th of March, 8th of April).
So far provider seems to deliver, even though offers are insanely good. We could see such offers from other providers in very limited quantity during Black Friday.
The mechanic of buying hardware with customer's money is not something new, as it was done before by others to get the business going. What troubles me is three aspects: first is a coincidence with Italy city of Pomezia where company is registered, which is also home of C1VHosting datacenter; the second is the city of Rome where administrator is resident (same as C1V admin); then there is the way of delivering servers with customer's money, meaning the provider does not have the money to invest, even though so far the offers sold out.

If they can make enough money from customers paying for the first year only that they can afford to buy hardware with that, the business profitability must be insane, I should be opening my own company starting tomorrow. But it doesn’t sound realistic, I think they must have some initial money to invest into the hardware given the colocation costs you’ve mentioned

Our promotional pricing, while aggressive, is backed by proper financial planning. It's true that part of our hardware has been financed through early revenue – a common and proven method in this industry, especially in the early stages.
