@default Good detective work. @DeluxHost do you use AI to increase the 'performance' of your services?

Hey, What do you mean? We don't use anything specific 🙂

    Hi @DeluxHost,

Few days ago (2nd April 2025) I sign up and paid for the X-4 offer and the service haven't deliver and is still pending in the billing portal.

Would I be receiving the service on the Xeon E5-2650 v4 Node or is automatically migrate to the Xeon Gold 6122 Node?

It's automatic, if you placed the order but you didn't receive anything, open a ticket :)

    Hi @DeluxHost,

Are you able to share more information about the current status for the delivery for Offer-X deals.

For those that subscribed to the Offer-X deals, has all the order being fulfilled ?

Is there any pending backlog to setup the Dual Intel Xeon E5-2650 v4 Node located at the Amsterdam Data center?

If the physical server setup is still in-progress for the Dual Intel Xeon E5-2650 v4 Node, tentative by when should the node be ready?

If in the event that the Offer-X order can't be fulfilled due to the physical Dual Intel Xeon E5-2650 v4 server has ran out of capacity, will these backlog orders to be created into the Intel Xeon Gold 6122 Node?

I shall wait for your respond first before raising a Support Ticket as I do not want to overwhelm the technical support team with these kind of question.

    Thank You.

Honestly, a lot will depend on how our offers are received in the coming months. We're not aiming to make pre-orders our core business model, especially since we also focus on Game Servers, VDS, and other services.

That said, if the model continues to work well and there's real demand, why not keep it as one of our options?

We genuinely believe we're offering a solid product at a fair price, without overselling or making false promises. We think that kind of transparency and value can be appreciated by many.

    Time will tell!

    Some investigation:

This company was registered last year, precisely on this day, in Italy. On this note: Happy Anniversary @DeluxHost for your first year since company was registered.

The domain DeluxHost.net was registered last year, on 5th of July 2024 with Ionos (likely $1 first year offer at the time).

The company is hosting in Germany and Netherlands. DeluxHost does not own space, paying collocation to Interweb (Germany) and nLighten (Netherlands). On LET it started with €2/month offers in Germany, then went to 50% first month, then €0.8/month, then opened Netherlands with offers like these since March 2025. The current offer is the third of its kind over the past month (7th of March, 25th of March, 8th of April).

So far provider seems to deliver, even though offers are insanely good. We could see such offers from other providers in very limited quantity during Black Friday.

The mechanic of buying hardware with customer's money is not something new, as it was done before by others to get the business going. What troubles me is three aspects: first is a coincidence with Italy city of Pomezia where company is registered, which is also home of C1VHosting datacenter; the second is the city of Rome where administrator is resident (same as C1V admin); then there is the way of delivering servers with customer's money, meaning the provider does not have the money to invest, even though so far the offers sold out.

EDIT: Forgot to add the screen of company:

    #LowEndDetectives

What's the conclusion? Is it OK to trust them?

You get to decide. At the end of the day you have your own wallet.

Well, they seem pretty solid. I got 2 of the 7$ VPS last year which had some problems due to abusers but it's solved now. It's still good for lighweight usage, I am using alpine as base and running unbound recursive resolver, dnscrypt, uptimekuma and nginx on it (and it's still using less than 50% of resources). So far so good.

Unfortunately, people will run unrealistic applications on it which leads to poor performance for everyone. It's not made for heavy workload.

I must admit, domain registered on 5th of July 2024, and less than 10 days later it started getting five stars reviews on Trustpilot. In one review the customer even mentions they had service for multiple months (review edited in September 2024) - I find it funny.

#LowEndDetectives must keep an eye on this one.

    Hey there!
Looks can be deceiving, and this is one of those cases. DeluxHost was launched in July 2024 as part of a full rebranding, but our actual journey started back in October 2023 under a different name. We began as a small project between two friends, with just over 60/70 clients, not a huge number, but it meant the world to us.

The rebrand wasn’t to hide anything, it was simply because we outgrew our old identity. We wanted a more professional and modern look that matched who we were becoming. Some of the 5-star reviews you’re seeing are from long-time clients who’ve been with us from the early days and were kind enough to leave feedback even after we rebranded.

In our discord, the first message talks about this, if you want you can take a look at it.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, starting from the bottom. No shame in that, we own our story.
And hey, if #LowEndDetectives are watching, we must be doing something right! 😉😁
