    Hi there,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to migrate to the new node for those currently on plans like the T-4 Offer. Each offer we launch is meant to be a temporary promotion, with varying configurations and hardware (CPU, nodes, etc.) depending on availability and timing.

If we allowed customers to switch between offers, it would create a situation where nearly everyone would constantly request to be moved to the latest one, essentially defeating the purpose of having limited-time promotions.

On top of that, we can't predict what specs or setups future offers will have, so it's not feasible for us to set up a standardized migration system between them.

We still really appreciate your interest and support, if any custom upgrade options become available in the future, our customers will be the first to know.

  • The honesty you showed me made me more interested in the services you provide. I want a VPS server with an IP located on the west coast of the United States. I want to know if you provide such a VPS server?

  • is it possible to custom order Offer Z-3 but with 4 cores?

  • @DeluxHost what have you done to your billing logo :D Why clicking logo in billing panel don't redirect me to main website (or billing), but straight out opens theLOGO_BRAND.png.

ordered paid invoice #5820. service has not activated yet but due date was ordered date. I see the this( VPS will be delivered within 14 days of order (often sooner!)) from offer. But Should due date be on activation date if I get activated before 14 or around 14 days after paying for it?
