I've had a similar issue in the past.
Rather than wait for them to fix the networking problem, I'd suggest you ask them to recreate the troublesome VPS.
There seem to be some occasional bugs with the interaction between their frontend control panel and the hypervisor, and this results in issues like you've described. For whatever reason, such problems can't be resolved quickly by their first-line support and require higher level attention. As I recall, they mentioned that a full rewrite of their software is in progress and should help fix this. But for now, you'll likely get a faster resolution if you abandon your current server and ask for a fresh one.
I'm glad I chose HostHatch even though I had to wait so long. Everyone knows HostHatch will eventually come through.
Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification and the kind gesture of offering the advertised price from this thread.
You are absolutely right; it is possible to reply to closed tickets. However, I wasn’t aware that I needed to manually re-open the ticket to do so. This wasn’t clear to me at the time, but I’ve learned something new today!
For transparency, I’d also like to clarify for the public audience that this is the first time the initial deal has been offered to me. In the ticket, my request was indeed to honor the originally billed price (because, let’s face it, I can’t resist a great deal!), but this was declined, and no alternative offer was presented at that time.
Thank you again for taking the time to address this matter. I hope this clarification is helpful to everyone following the thread.
Best regards.
24h sale? That's expected. You can't wait weeks on a 24h sale.
I'll just say this.
Imagine if this ticket was related to interruption of service (on a promotional package).
Hosthatch has nice hardware in cheap price but support on promotional plan will be atrocious (even they state it in the ad) so one needs to take that factor in to account also.
still waiting
Half of mine were activated last week, waiting on the other half. I think progress is being made.
Yes, I notice about delays in support for discounted plans. However, when I created a support ticket, support team responded very quickly at first. I promptly provided the requested output captures, and after reviewing them, he mentioned that the configurations seemed correct. He then requested access to the VMs for further troubleshooting, which I granted right away. Based on the initial quick responses, I expected the investigation to continue at a similar pace. Unfortunately, it's been several days since then, and I have yet to receive any further updates.
I'm completely OK with re-creating both VMs since I have just reinstalled them and am currently stuck at the step of setting up private networking. I’ve been waiting for the support team to access the VMs for troubleshooting, so I haven’t been able to proceed with any further deployment. However, since there’s been no reply to my ticket, I’m not sure if re-creating the VMs would prompt a response or further delay the process LOL
Yes, I certainly understand your predicament, having been stuck in it myself for many weeks.
From my experience, it appears HostHatch is using different people for frontline support and more advanced troubleshooting. The first tier of support does the initial triage and, in difficult cases, puts tickets on hold for review when they determine the problem is a complex one. So it may be worthwhile to bump the ticket and ask for new VMs (which frontline support can create), as this would take load off the higher level support and close the case faster.
Am I the only one who is still waiting for the delivery?
No. Me too

HostHatch Ticket Reply:
I've opened a ticket, let's see what will happen.
don't do so
It has been more than 14 days already.
I heard that for some Japanese VPS plans with a three-year payment term, the resources don't automatically double as promised after startup—you have to submit a support ticket to make it happen.
still waiting for the delivery

Your results are within the normal range.
Judging from the reply to the ticket, @hosthatch ignored the test results I provided. It seems they didn’t even have time to investigate.
2 of my NVME VPS were delivered last week. Still waiting on my storage VPS.
I'm still waiting for Sweden and Japan VPS servers too. I forgot to take screenshots of the deals and the invoice doesn't say anything about it. LOL Does anyone remember what resources the three-year payment would unlock? I think it was monthly traffic and something else...
It says in the OP and depends on location and plan. Most are

I beg to differ.

399 words for YABS, and it has more information.
I'll never understand why hosthatch is preferred by many veteran users even after these kind of issues where their reply are like this (not even escalating the issue).
To me, it seems like for old users, hosthatch makes exceptions due to long standing relationship but new users often get the short end of the stick.
Two different extremes seems to be existing at the same time.
If this is true and not sarcasm, I've no words.
