Still waiting. Is the service start date counted from the purchase date or the delivery date? If it's from the purchase date, does that mean we've already lost nearly a month?
I know for a fact you will not loose any days. They will adjust the duration from the day service is provisioned. You are in good hands with that

I think that will be fine if you open a ticket to ask. I do so, and no penalty. At least, my server will be delivered till this weekend, according to HH's reponse.

Actually the last couple servers I got (still haven't gotten my order from this black friday) were from date of purchase and not date of provisioning... but I didn't care enough to ping them to change the date. My first few orders with HH were from date of provisioning, though. So I think it's far from certain which we will get, those of us still waiting.
In Sweden there is a saying: "den som väntar på något gott väntar aldrig för länge" and I think it definitely applies with the quality one receives from HH.
"VM order should be delivered by the end of this week"
So tomorrow is the last day of this promise. If it is not delivered, what should I say? Can I get a refund?
Raise a ticket and ask the same
Did you get delivery date for your server, if not and waiting for three+ plus weeks, raise a support ticket.

It’s holiday season in the states. Many folks are off during this period in the US.
Moreover HH already mentioned his health is not in a good shape.
And Yes I am a HH customer who subscribe to their services recently during the BF sales.
Expect that butthurt non-customer to continue calling customers cheerleaders , that too in provider offer thread … due to his so called principles.
Do not ask why he is not doing the same in other offer threads?
