    Should I open a ticket before provisioning or after to provision three VMs to different nodes in the same location? I know there is a one time fee.

Feels like it can't hurt to open the ticket now, thought I'd expect it to slow the time it take to provision, which I guess you're expecting anyway.

    I know I got my invoice incorrectly, 2 years ought to be 375 , but the system charged me 400 , maybe other people hit same?
