Same reason people are asking to cancel/swap or asking for activation, because they don't read.

@hosthatch said: What is the setup time?

The setup time is 10 working days (2 weeks). Most will get delivered much earlier. Some >may get slightly delayed. Please order one of the packages from hosthatch.com directly >if immediate provisioning is needed. We cannot offer faster provisioning on special >plans.
Opening tickets to inquire about the delivery timing will reset the two week timer. >Support time is extremely expensive, please use it with care.

4 CPU cores, fairly shared and restricted usage
    8 GB RAM
    100 GB NVMe OS disk
    10 TB RAID-10 HDD disk
    50 TB premium bandwidth
    $200 per year

The price displayed on the sale page is $225.00 annually, which appears to be incorrect.

  • Grabbed one, nice offer!

  • Should I open a ticket before provisioning or after to provision three VMs to different nodes in the same location? I know there is a one time fee.

Obviously not the host but feels like that would be better done before, would probably mean time isn't wasted initially provisioning VMs to then have to move/re-provision. Feels like it can't hurt to open the ticket now, thought I'd expect it to slow the time it take to provision, which I guess you're expecting anyway.

Thank you. Now that I remember, I think I saw @hosthatch say opening a ticket right after ordering.

What are you using to mount your D drive?

  • NVMe APAC 16GB plan, it is 5 CPU cores, right?

  • @hosthatch would you be willing to do the storage plan with the largest possible disk space but less CPU/RAM for a lower cost?
