Yes in NYC we have had two maintenance windows that were performed by the provider one for power and one for their switches. The first had a notification posted in the client area for those on Ryzen plans. I am sorry for the impact caused.
I believe this was addressed and had to do with resize2fs command that you were asked to perform. In some cases this applies to Ubuntu installations. It is not that we took your disk space away.
LA was offline at the time of this due to a hardware failure and we had a few issues getting a replacement and the DC did not have spares to provide. A set of these that were used in LA and Dallas have failed.
The LA environment has had some issues and we are committed to fixing them and providing some stability. In instances where there is no outage, the connectivity has been problematic despite many upgrades due to the demand and hardware failure. While it is customary for members on LET to feel scammed or believe that a lack of response means that their funds have been used inappropriate, I can assure you that the intent is to provide a good service and in these cases we are learning from the mistakes and trying to improve. We would certainly love to retain the business of anyone of our customers affected and gain new business while we work to fix the problems that arise.
I think the comparison to C1V is inappropriate. Its no insult to them but we are not in the same position as them. We have had some issues which we take ownership for but nothing we are doing is basement quality and for the years that service was provided to many no reviews were provided of those interactions until a series of problems came up.
The SolusVM master was moved to a different location. A notice was posted in the client area regarding the details.
Can you PM me with any information about the browser you may have been using? Many members who had this experience use the Brave browser which we updated our interface to support.

Yes, it is inadequate. Let me tell you why: after payment, C1V invoked various technical reasons and later started the service. At the moment when I paid you the one-year advance, the service I received had issues and you were not responding. Meanwhile, the service from C1V was functioning. If you follow the discussions about C1V, you will see that they responded to the posts, even if they did not respond in a way that many of us would have appreciated, but they did respond. And you, you show up after two weeks saying there were problems. Am I to understand that you noticed the problems after returning from vacation? It was normal to have someone responding to tickets. If you do not communicate with the customer, I do not understand why you are in business.
I do not expect responses to be fair because your trying to make a point that even here I do not agree with. We have had problems before and in each we own it and have made improvements. This is not a pattern where we go missing or not respond to customers but you would portray it to be so. There are customers who we responded to and PM'd and still posted as if they didn't get a under 30 minute response time on first reply but that's business and the offering is done and all critiques are welcome.
This may not be necessary anymore. The server was up the entire time, and it seems that just the network had some relatively frequent difficulties at some point. However, there have been no issues lately - the last 18 days have been calm.
I will contact you via ticket if this becomes problematic again, but for now, everything seems okay.
