    Yes in NYC we have had two maintenance windows that were performed by the provider one for power and one for their switches. The first had a notification posted in the client area for those on Ryzen plans. I am sorry for the impact caused.

    I believe this was addressed and had to do with resize2fs command that you were asked to perform. In some cases this applies to Ubuntu installations. It is not that we took your disk space away.

    The LA environment has had some issues and we are committed to fixing them and providing some stability.     I had the same problem, I already created a ticket and 2 days did not receive a reply.

    The SolusVM master was moved to a different location. A notice was posted in the client area regarding the details.

    Can you PM me with any information about the browser you may have been using? Many members who had this experience use the Brave browser which we updated our interface to support.

    I am sorry for the delay here. We have had all sorts of bulk orders. Some of 10 at a time and a few at 100 and one at 250 VM's across different locations and it has stressed things. Please let me know your ticket number by PM.

    This thread is for the new Ryzen promo which has been auto provisioning in NYC.

    It appears that there is more to the ticket nevertheless based on the screenshots you did provide here. However, I would ask that you allow things to be resolved 1:1. Hopefully you can post as a happy customer once the situation is resolved.

    We can certainly work with you to resolve all of this if still interested. We are sorry for the impact caused. It is planned to upgrade the LA environment completely to new hardware

At the moment when I paid you the one-year advance, the service I received had issues and you were not responding. Meanwhile, the service from C1V was functioning. If you follow the discussions about C1V, you will see that they responded to the posts, even if they did not respond in a way that many of us would have appreciated, but they did respond. And you, you show up after two weeks saying there were problems. Am I to understand that you noticed the problems after returning from vacation? It was normal to have someone responding to tickets. If you do not communicate with the customer, I do not understand why you are in business.

There are customers who we responded to and PM'd and still posted as if they didn't get a under 30 minute response time on first reply but that's business and the offering is done and all critiques are welcome.

    This may not be necessary anymore. The server was up the entire time, and it seems that just the network had some relatively frequent difficulties at some point. However, there have been no issues lately - the last 18 days have been calm.
    I will contact you via ticket if this becomes problematic again, but for now, everything seems okay.

    The whmcs panel showed earlier that all their services were offline, and so far there has been no cancellation announcement, so I don't know how long it will take for everything to go back to business as usual.

    The first location we used for OpenVZ and KVM services over two years ago is un Odgen, Utah powered by WEBNX. We have been experiencing an increase in abuse complaints and have been suspended as a result. We are trying to resolve this issue and do not have an ETA at this time.
    
    This affects OpenVZ, KVM, and SolusVM access.

    Mine is the Los Angeles node not Utah and Dallas, but since it was opened, I have not been able to connect to VPS once, and no one has responded to the service ticket created

    And how do you explain that the service was canceled by me, and you know this from the discussions on PayPal and through the ticket, but you didn't give me my money back? So be aware that I will also request a refund through the bank, and I will wait another 2 months to get my money back. But if I don't receive my money, know that we are going to have big problems!!!!!!!!

    Try to get your money back as soon as possible. They respond after two weeks, during which time they use your money, and then they act smart, arguing that their service is good and the customer is stupid

    Also, their "last" NYC location seems to have been down since yesterday. The webpage is barely reachable or on the moments completely unreachable.
