Download-upload ratio is actually awful IMO.
We work to improve the services as best possible. The majority of cases are extremely happy with the service. Show better ratios that you have for the same price point.

I've been waiting for about 2 months for 6 servers I purchased from this provider, from one of their previous LET threads (which now seems to be removed).
I originally ordered 10 but they only delivered 4 of them.
I'm out of patience now.

This thread is for the new Ryzen promo which has been auto provisioning in NYC.
It appears that there is more to the ticket nevertheless based on the screenshots you did provide here. However, I would ask that you allow things to be resolved 1:1. Hopefully you can post as a happy customer once the situation is resolved.
My vps is offline since four days ago when I ordered it and no one reply to my ticket, Bad.
We aren't having any outages or issues with the service. Any issues of this nature are specific to your VPS and we provide SolusVM to manage your VPS for a reason.
Something must have happened at your end @hostthebest . My VPS was also down/stopped in NYC. I had to boot it manually from SolusVM.
Uptimerobot show regular outages. I monitor it since March 26, 2024, 16:33 GMT +02:00
This is how I found mine after a day of operation. I still haven't received an answer as to why this happened, I am waiting for them to respond to my ticket.

Very poor service. The LA node has been down twice this month, with each outage lasting more than 48 hours. It will take at least a week for the ticket to be replied.

From what I can see, many people here are selling crap nicely packaged with a red bow. Just like Hostaris and C1V, are they brothers? I found my VPS turned off and opened a ticket on the 14th, but it seems like that is also on vacation or has personal issues? I think the admins should be a bit stricter with these so-called providers.
Well, there are many premium providers on LET. Please use diligence while picking a VPS for your use case.
As an example, my €0.84/month VPS from NetCup is working very well.
I didn't say there aren't very good providers. Among those I've tested here, who truly deserve respect, are EthernetServers and VPSforVPN.
There are certainly many good and honest providers that I am not aware of. Besides them, I encountered Xentain, which, for 1.25 EUR, when I was missing 0.3 GB RAM, gave me an extra 1 GB. RootServers, which, for 5 EUR, I have dedicated and instead of a 32 GB HDD, they gave me 120 GB. Oh, and I almost forgot, C1V also added something extra to that small VPS after the dispute.
But surprisingly with IONOS, I had problems from day one. The servers went down and support responded, "It is announced on the site." I was supposed to check their site before bothering them with a ticket... I quickly gave up on them.
Seems like not many people are very happy
At least my cheaper services have almost 100% uptime
