    His new node is getting hammered by new users uploading 3TB of data as fast as possible with a side of DDOS. You will not see the optimal performance listed for probably at least a month. Thinking of using this other than pure static backup atm is pure copium.

    The node was advertised at the beginning as storage with DMCA. This means many people will use it for that 3gbps network and the 3TB storage - therefore I dare to guess most honest customers will use it as VPN or as seedbox or as simple storage.

    I would say that machines often restart on their own, what is the reason for that?

    Heat. The aircon needs another beating today. But fans would be cheaper than AC, if the room could accomodate. Every evening Florin used to turn on a fan to warm up his bedroom, and cool the computers..

    What are y'all using for a torrent client? rTorrent won't run for more than a few minutes for me without crashing continuously... Bog standard install of the stable branch on Debian 11.

    Hello , we added today new HDDs and we modify buffer cache , so i thing problem it's fixed

    I installed swizzin on my maschine, it runs without problems with transmission. Running debian 11 too.

    Thanks - I'm trying an older rutorrent, I saw swizzin earlier today - I'll give it a shot if rtorrent doesn't pan out.

    Still no double ram, rebooted twice. Once from vps, once from panel. Ticket# LUI-460753

    I've installed on machine QuickBox Lite .
    Can't get full speed on torrents from private tracker . Many peers from seedbox but max is 5MiB .
    Downloading any file via http from VPS connection is dropped after few minuts .

    Yeah on my VPS too, but I guess that’s because many people are transferring much stuff onto the storage right now. I think it will be better in the next weeks.
    Network is working good, on speedtest I get around 500mbit DL/UL in EU region. The only thing which is slow, is I/O.
    I wouldn’t recommend to use/rely on the server as your main seedbox as well, I’m using it for long term seeding on private trackers, to free up some space on my big seedbox from HBD.

    And thanks Calin for 1GB ram upgrade :) makes the seedbox a little bit more stable.
