    I am trying to find the issue with MrRetslav, but it proves to be ... difficult as the means to troubleshoot on their side seems not great.

    The email problem you're encountering is not the problem on our side, try switching your email to Gmail, Gmail is confirmed as working. (But might land in spam first time)

    Yes it was in spam and received the email a bit late, I can confirm that password reset now works.

    Check your mailbox for VPS credentials (IP, SSH port, Available ports, username and password). If you did not receive it, open a ticket and ask them to send it back again.

    Delivered already. Due to the excess number of orders and handling all those fake ones 😡 it takes a bit of time. Canceled approximately 530+ orders manually.
