Good to see I am not the only one. If you happen to find a cure, please keep me posted. Sounds like a nightmare to have such a service where you will not be notified of anything (problems, issues, payments, etc..).
I am trying to find the issue with MrRetslav, but it proves to be ... difficult as the means to troubleshoot on their side seems not great.
Anyone having this login problem, just reset the password from the VirtFusion login page, you'll get access to the control panel, and receive the service creation and other related emails as well.
The only issue here is that both the logins are not same - Billing and VirtFusion.
