    @layer7 The service provided by layer7 is very bad. I don't have any programs running and the CPU usage is 100%. I didn’t get a reply to my TK for 20 hours, and my request for a refund was rejected. Later, I filed a dispute with paypal, and layer7 directly deleted my service without refund. I am currently communicating with Paypal to request a refund.

    How can CPU be at 100% when there is nothing running? Is that what's shown in the panel? Actual 100% load seems unrealistic on an idle system or did you maybe allow root logins and set passwords to abc123?

    My password is very complex. When I execute the top command to check the CPU usage, nothing happens.

    yes,The problem of my server not being able to use docker has not been resolved, the CPU usage is 100%, I can hardly use it, and there is no reply to me for 1 day, so my application for a refund was rejected. I applied for a refund from paypal, and then my service was canceled. No refunds.

    Ah, true. Sorry, i forgot about that. Would have been interesting to see what ps ax shows. Blocking top seems suspiciously what some kind of cheap malware would do to hide it's processes.

    Oh, so it's LXC. That explains a lot in regards to there being load on a idle system. It's basically the load of the whole node. A load of 9 isn't necessarily bad though. At least of the system has at least 10 threads. Otherwise it's really at 100% CPU utilization.

    Doesn't seem bad at all then. 2670 is likely to be a dual CPU setup anyways so it's really 20c/40t.
