    During this time, SSH could not connect. The page is not accessible
    Offline for 15 minutes, that's horrible. Funny thing is send a work order to their customer service and they say everything is fine

    They didn't hide behind that its at OVH and that port speed is how OVH sell the servers (unless you pay for it to be upgraded).

    In the end I cancelled the server and got a full refund. That was my choice rather than it being unsuitable or of poor quality it just wasn't what I required.

    Rabisu support was very quick to respond and offered several days of testing before refunding at my request in full.
