    We only ask for documents in cases of suspicious orders and abuse, and you do not have to provide these documents. If you wish, an unconditional refund is provided.

    Do you REALLY have any other choice other than to refund in full?

    Do not make it sound like as if you are doing any favor.

    Questions before I order:
    1. If I don't use VPN, but I'm from India(I've seen providers flag Indian IPs), will you ask for my government ID proof?
    2. Do you not accept PayPal? For a service provider with such cheap service, suspicion arises and for that, I want to use PayPal incase I get scammed or you pull "gimme ur ID after invoice is paid" because a refund is a loss for me because of PayPal's currency conversion, I'll have options.
    3. I'm not from Turkey and therefore not eligible for your by default tax. However, I also dont want to give you away my personal information.

    Once you answer it all, I may buy :)

    Oh yea, one more thing. Your checkout is asking for your country ID and it seems to be required. Do you only serve Turkish customers?

    3. If you send us a photo of your ID that shows only your name and surname, we will remove the tax.

    In addition, we only want the NAME AND SURNAME part of the identity verification, we do not want the entire ID.

    Your system requires me to enter CC inside our WHMCS installation, not on Stripe webpage which I can trust. I've seen providers make big charges, be it exit scam or simply a compromised panel. Once PayPal is here, please ping me. I'm interested in purchasing.

    how come both vds and vps cost the same? Shouldn't VDS be more pricey than a VPS as its not cpu is not shared?

    Hello,

    Currently, only the VPS product is on sale in our international services.

    VDS Product is valid for Türkiye orders.
