    We only see 1 VPS in your account. We did not deactivate your VPS, nor delete it. Your VPS was down because it was shutdown. This was not done by HXServers. As per your very angry ticket, we've turned on your VPS (which you also could've done at any point in time). Your VPS is online and is responding to ping.

    I saw the work order information. The server was not shut down by me. It was shut down suddenly, and I couldn't enable it in the control panel. I also saw the posts in the forum, and I thought it was my server that was also shut down. I'm very sorry. I use this tone, but please understand my anger. At present, my service has been offline for several hours, and the loss is very large. Please check whether there is any problem with the control system, and why it shuts down and cannot be turned on without my operation.

    Understood. We've checked our logs, and nothing points to a reason why your VPS was shutdown. Please review the linux logs of your VPS, perhaps check crash logs as well? We also do not see any attempts to boot the VPS from our control panel (besides the one we did for you). You may always perform operations on your VPS at anytime by logging into your billing area and selecting VPS Management.

    and it looks like you need a managed vps instead.

    Chris, I like this approach, suitable for me as long refund is possible.

    Can you announce new locations / configurations with discounts and a warning that it may be closed if low orders? If good orders, then stay.

  • Luckily Chris goes to sleep on time now, at 22:00.
    Or could lose him.

  • My account was pretty much wiped. I just wish this was coming but lost all of the configurations and whatever we did at that point. It happens, there is not much one can do and nobody is perfect. I just lost a good sponsor and that bothers me more than the wipe. They had nice speedy servers.
