It seems the VPS has DNS issues, outdated repositories, missing commands and etc. I had to manually solve it myself by doing
echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" | tee /etc/resolv.conf > /dev/nullapt updateMany packages are also not installed on vps i had to manually install them
export PATH="$PATH:/sbin:/usr/sbin:usr/local/sbin"apt install sudo curlThese should get you started with the vps if you're having similar issues as mine

Is there any tutorial on how setup the IPv6 assuming we have another IPv6 only server ?
I think it's impossible if you're talking about a NAT ipv4 only VPS and an ipv6 only VPS.
The cannot make connection without third-party services, such as cloudflare tunnel.
You can try cloudflare warp if you want to add ipv6 to this ihostart NAT VPS.
I think you need a dual stack host as an intermediary (translator) between your ipv4 only and ipv6 only. So it might be impossible (as @FiberSuds mentioned)
Hope someone can give more insights. I'm kinda wanting to do the same.
