It seems the VPS has DNS issues, outdated repositories, missing commands and etc. I had to manually solve it myself by doing
    echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" | tee /etc/resolv.conf > /dev/null
    apt update

Many packages are also not installed on vps i had to manually install them
    export PATH="$PATH:/sbin:/usr/sbin:usr/local/sbin"
    apt install sudo curl

These should get you started with the vps if you're having similar issues as mine

I think it's impossible if you're talking about a NAT ipv4 only VPS and an ipv6 only VPS.

The cannot make connection without third-party services, such as cloudflare tunnel.

You can try cloudflare warp if you want to add ipv6 to this ihostart NAT VPS.

I think you need a dual stack host as an intermediary (translator) between your ipv4 only and ipv6 only. So it might be impossible (as @FiberSuds mentioned)

Hope someone can give more insights. I'm kinda wanting to do the same.
