TBH, I don't know the diff between all of the RIR, but our business need leasing IP from ARIN and I don't know whether a IP subnet from ARIN can be used in a ASN form others RIR like RIPE or APNIC

/48 is indeed $5 per year and it's available for both Individuals and company.
But the larger subnets like /40 or /44 available only for companies
