Just a head up, to get any ARIN resource under your own control you will need to be have and ARIN org ($50 registration with ARIN and justification)
ARIN asn allocations are an addtional one time $500 allocation fee (directly with arin) consider doing this and asking ARIN for a 2byte ASN instead of "leasing" someone else's spare/unused ARIN asn.
