    I can do it as long as you agree to meet all RIPE requirements such as ID verification.

    Please DM, depending on the conditions first year I will give you half price because the procedure for taking over is less intensive than a new assignment.     Don't know about ARN but august.tw do ASN for $15 yearly i guess.
