My JP NAT VPS is online. I use only the NAT IPv4 though, so no idea about IPv6.
My JP NAT (IPv6) was offline for 12 mins from 9:41am to 9:53am UTC.
Right now both IPv4(NAT)/IPv6 are fine.

It went down randomly today morning. After booting it back up network is unreachable.
I have reported this to hh for a fix.
