What's going on with this company? I have a ticket opened on Aug 7 and it's still not yet updated. They won't allow me to update the ticket. Right now I can't even reinstall my OS. Tried shutting it down then reinstalled but no luck (it rebooted with existing OS)
Don't worry they and fanatism follower won't care about your issue, and already move to OGF where they feel like most freedom forum at all (because of freedom bucks) and when you post and reply something it will be underestimated and count as shit and trash by some members

I had previously glanced through there and without going back to verify would concur with your opinion. It's like you were ruining their 'moment' . But there is more info relating to the status of virmach there, FWIW .
I have a vps "under migration" as well. It has been in this situation for over a month. And today they closed my ticket without a solution. I don't think theres any chance it could be done. The best case is they apply credits to your account balance but that helps nothing because in this situration you dont want to buy their service any more.
I just wait for @VirMach 's confirmation of when it is safe to use my VMs

@VirMach closed my $5 paid migration ticket & applied a store credit of $1. Is it like they cancelled the migration and applied a discounted refund?
