Same here.
Yes, I have experienced reduced total network throughput regarding my VM on ATL-Z007 for ~ 27 hours.

I also am seeing reduced total network throughput regarding my VM on BuyVM's LEGACY-09.LV for the last ~ 7 hours, so VirMach is in good company today.
Same

u said it all
well said.

ATL-Z007 and NYCB036 are back up now.
My DNZ002 still going down 1-2x a day, even after boot rsync shut it down after 2-3min

The CPU spike to 20% when its being booted and rsynced as it need to be booted 2x times
Haha yeah, I wasn't trying to make it sound better just being needlessly technical. If anything it's actually worse because not only was the network basically unusable to the point where ping monitors though it's offline but also other processes probably froze up too during that time and I still have to figure out what happened specifically.
Your issue is already being tracked and ticket is not necessary for it. This is part of the <0.6% still facing problems that require specific resyncs.
I didn't read your comment but I'm just letting you know, something else just recently went wrong with the server over the last 8 hours and I'm looking into it and probably creating a network issue for it. I've been working on bringing other nodes up for the last several hours so I wasn't able to get to this one yet.
But this is independent from all the previous issues and it was confirmed functional otherwise last we spoke.
ATLZ007 was actually fully down. Well technically not really, it was up, it was just booted back up into the BIOS or something like that after a crash. Still investigating (edit: but it is fixed for now.)
Uptime on our end 46 days. It has to most likely be isolated to your VM or perhaps the disk you ended up on or something to that level. I also don't see CPU spikes on my end, nor would a CPU spike when booting be abnormal.
My guess is your OS is crashing, you'd have to check logs.
By the way this node is highly underutilized as well. No one really wants Denver, it's at 19% CPU usage for last several days, steady. Low load average. It's possible the networking is bad but that has nothing to do with the server.
Yesterday autologin from Client Area to Cpanel worked for some time (may be an hour or less). I was able to take a backup of my files. But MySQL DB/PhpAdmin didnt work.
Just now I have checked and nothing is working. It says the old thing i.e. "Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support."
what part of he doesnt care don't u get ? IT WILL BE UP WHEN HE WILL CARE TO FIX THEM.. and the downtime will be added to VPS so u wont have to pay for the downtime, he has better things to do, to chat here with us
On the BF-Special-2020, does anyone see Ryzen Migrate button? The last time it was shown, but this time it is not. (It is shown on Ryzen Special 384 and KVM-Special-512)
However, I am not in a hurry to need it, just asking.
@VirMach and what is the ETA for fixing logging in CPanel issue?? You explain much technical without mentioning any thing about service level. It's called (service)
@FrankZ I don't know if you remember our discussion a long time ago regarding RAID10 and my concerns regarding using the only "HW" RAID10 we found at the time that was viable, but I'm so glad we didn't go this route. Out of all maybe half a dozen of them out there in the datacenter, I haven't been able to get a few of them to consistently detect the disks or build arrays and the single one I was able to get up and test was the one that just went down, graphs looks like at least one disk dropped out the array and caused it to crash the server entirely.
Still just preparing to look into it but boy am I not excited.
That was fixed, but it's running into another issue right now related to RAID10 controller breaking. We did set up lots of backups though and also have the backups directly on other SSDs so technically it should be easy to get it back up but I have to take a look, still trying to get it back online right now and writing out a status update.
I fixed something like three servers over the last few hours before coming on here briefly during my break. But if it bothers you so much, no worries, I can leave.
We can't spend 10-15 minutes per 1 VM in that situation when in the same time we can fix hundreds of others first. I mean we can but it would be a very terrible decision for hundreds of people and a great decision for maybe a dozen of the other people waiting 2-3 weeks in that rare situation.
Yeah, it's another issue causing the server to effectively crash. Anyway, I'm leaving here but working on that immediately as my next task.
Just check back - it cycles. Daily I think.
@VirMach am honestly impressed we had a human talking with us about it and attempting to solve.
Am just shocked because it sounded like a one man power freelancing host concept more than a real host company with specialized employees.
I am bored
I've had to work every day, all day, for the past year or so as a result of the situation we're in right now. So the number of hours spent are heavily skewed in my direction right now. We have two others working with us right now. We're still a small company and always have been, but especially more recently.
Around the beginning of COVID we had our billing person leave, our hardware guy leave, and two sys admins leave.
It's been OK until we also had to do a massive quantity of builds, deal with aging hardware, as well as migrations simultaneously over the last half a year plus. It probably also didn't help that I made some badly timed sales and we had way more problems than anticipated with said new hardware. But yes, you are speaking with one single person right now who has been handling almost everything and not sleeping over a very long period of time especially since it's the weekend and no one else is working today.
I really was not expecting this node (cPanel node NYCB009) to go down tonight, everything looked absolutely healthy on it and I worked on it extensively to ensure that. So yes at this point I'm also overwhelmed and perhaps if I had someone to help in this situation it would potentially speed up the resolution. However, I don't think so, because in the end I'm the one who configured it and would have to deal with it even if we had 6 other people working for us, so it'd have to be delegated to myself since it's a specialized server that I set up.
Want to switch spots?
Okay I'm going to be quiet now my break is technically over.
Technically not because I have nothing to do, just bored with my work
Would be happy to provide assistance if it is something that I can help.

Guys, this is "new" for me. Been happy that one of my VMs already ryzen-ed into NYCB030. Did a few setup, leave it for few days. Today I want to continue the setup, and suddenly....
Windows ask me to "Refresh Your PC". Press the button and : The Drive when Windows installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again.
anyone in same situation ?
Join @imko, and make sexy time. He's also bored most of the time.
@VirMach I do really appreciate your last explaination that you are overwhelmed with unexpected issues on the top of standing ones.
But still You can get super assistance from hundreds of geeks from fiverr , it may cost you a couple or three of your clients' bills of a service they haven't got as they should from your hosting.
Good luck
