Same behavior to me since earlier yst. Netboot can only be changed via API, the console is broken. And no matter how I reinstall the server, I cannot receive the password email coz there's a problem rebooting the server after installation, so the new OS cannot start.

You just have to wait for them to finish doing the intervention.
I raised a ticket about it, which they replied to about 12 hours after the intervention had finished, and I was already using the machine again by then. Their reply was just:
Please make sure you that disable monitoring on this server before change network configuration.
Otherwise, the server will trigger as being offline in our monitoring system and will be unusable until checked by a technician.
So you are going to tell me, OVH has a technican shortage? If something breaks, you are fucked? 12 hours for 24/7 onside, does not sounds right.
That would beat even Offline.net

Not sure how that's triggered coz I had disabled monitoring in the first place. Maybe the first "unable to reboot" error will automatically trigger an intervention. Opened a ticket on that, waiting for response.
Word to the wise: Disable monitoring. If you are fucking with your machine in rescue mode, or you deliberately shutdown, a ticket will be sent to their worker bees who will dispatch and physically reboot your machine or try to troubleshoot any hardware issue.
That shit adds a delay when you're trying to get familiar with the way they do things, etc. I thought I'd mention this since someone above also mentioned disabling monitoring, so this is a +1 to that more or less.
For the people that want to use additional IPs on their fresh and new kimsufi node, you can get any other VPS with multiple IPs, setup a GRE tunnel and push traffic over it to a VM, the same as @jordynegen11 method in this topic:
