Now Price $15/yr for PRO+ and 2CPU 40GB SSD. Why?

The answer is literally in your quoted message...

Basically the intended price is higher, but VirMach is too busy to change the price just now, thus the "Early Bird" gets it at $10/yr.

Any real "Early Bird" still keeping it? :D

23 orders that were stuck have been cancelled/refunded due to a ticket being opened or manual review ticket replied to as we cannot keep going through these tickets back and forth with everyone's preference at this time.

All others that are stuck are being cleared up now and it means unless you were one of these 23 people, you should hopefully have it activated now.

These deals linked in the original post are now live again, for the most part:

    https://lowendbox.com/blog/black-friday-virmach-outstanding-openvz-kvm-deals-and-more-to-start-off-the-day/

Let me know if there's any errors. Some are cheaper than advertised right now, I'll let it stay like that for a little bit for those of you that are early but it'll be switched to at or very slightly above those rates shortly.

Now Price $15/yr for PRO+ and 2CPU 40GB SSD. Why?

These were initially below the sale price from 2018 for some time, then it was raised to be more in line with those figures, not exactly. It was changed to 55/67/75% instead of 65/72/83%

We applied the common patch to all of those, and if that didn't fix it then it's more complicated.

Make sure you only have one ticket that's open, if the other closed and you opened a new one that's fine as long as you mentioned the previous patch didn't work but if you have two tickets open it will only delay resolution.

I have a few of those original ovz plans at around $12. Unfortunately the disks were shrunk on migration. Will have to put in a ticket when I need the space.

For the most part there's a self-serve button we worked in a while ago that should allow you to add it in 10GB increments as needed, no ticket required. If this doesn't work for you do let me know as I want to see what's wrong. Most cases of it being broken were fixed but it's very fragmented so it's possible there would be a case where it doesn't.

    Piscataway looking full.

Good news for this though is that we have "NYC Metro" for Ryzen coming sooner than later with the cabinet ready, sorry if I'm repeating myself at this point but I'm just making this response in case you missed my other replies about it.

I'll try to bring back some non-flash sales in the next few hours and we will still fix the script today.

    Quick update on some things:

Phoenix is almost ready for Ryzen. We are waiting IPMI set up and networking (IPv4 and IPv6 configurstion by datacenter network engineering.)
Seattle is still being sorted/unpacked by DC hands but servers are on-site
Los Angeles still has everything ready and servers set aside to take to the DC
The initial IP allocation has been reserved for Amsterdam, NYC, Atlanta, San Jose, and a few others as well as servers pending shipment for Ryzen
Any questions, let me know. I'll go through some replies to comments shortly.

Phoenix is going up this week, Seattle, and then San Jose/Los Angeles. I have a more detailed response above somewhere.

Did you read somewhere about the chance that flash sale will be upgraded to Ryzen in the future?

    Another lazy one? :(

    TLDR: Maybe, maybe not.

Will these special offers transfer to Ryzen?

FrankZ answered this perfectly. I'll try to finalize the details a little bit more since we're doing this unplanned sale now.

I will say, we have thought about it a little bit and if we do not end up just doing Ryzen for everything, we've explored doing Epyc. This would essentially fall in line with more similar ratios to dual E5/Intel, so probably older series Epyc, similar benchmark and clockrate, but with DDR4, NVMe. If we go this route, the locations available/offered would also end up being more consolidated. Then, this could maybe be used to continue the "KVM Lite" line of services as well.

I would guess smaller locations have a better chance of going to Ryzen, since that is what is being sent out. I can't imagine all the Buffalo VPS going straight to Ryzen though.

For Buffalo, everyone will either be required to pick another location or it'll stay with who shall not be named (very unlikely based on how they've chosen to conduct themselves.) Currently planned to move to "NYC Metro" area.

Almost everyone up until this point should that had a stuck order should be refunded or activated, handling the last few here and there and then there's maybe less than 5 of them awaiting (legitimate) tickets.

Moving on to cleaning up vserverid issue (most of which are now not vserverid related but a complex issue that end up displaying similar characteristics.)

  • I got my first VirMach machine.

@KASSA said: Thank you brother, I have already two tickets, check this out
After Ticket #873080 was submitted, it was closed without solving any problems. The reason for the closure turned out to be: Some employees thought that the problem was solved, so it was closed.

This kind of reply makes me a little confused, obviously nothing has been solved.

A new ticket was added later. It has been more than 12 hours and there is no movement, which is a bit sad.

The virmach service in my mind is not like this

We applied the common patch to all of those, and if that didn't fix it then it's more complicated.

Make sure you only have one ticket that's open, if the other closed and you opened a new one that's fine as long as you mentioned the previous patch didn't work but if you have two tickets open it will only delay resolution.

I did not submit two tickets at the same time. I submitted Ticket #386644 after Ticket #873080 was closed by your mistake.

Ticket #386644 It has been 2 days now, and there is still no advancement.

I have no way of knowing what happened?
After purchasing your service, your control panel shows that it has been activated, but in fact the machine was not delivered at all.

The ticket has no progress, no feedback, I have no choice but to post here

Since you are relatively new here I will try to be kind.
When you make a sale like this and have an automated provisioning system inevitably a few of these provisionings will fail. Nobody is trying to rip you off and you will get your server within a few days if you open a ticket and are patient. If you bitch on this forum you will probably get refunded and be marked as a problem client which will make it more difficult to order from this provider in the future. The choice is yours. :)
