A hoster which does not categorically denies he logs into customers servers should not be present on LET. If LET wants the Provider tag to come with a bare minimum of professionality, and FAT32 says he has seen sufficient proof, then I don't see what the problem is.
This kind of shady provider is not a provider which should be offered to LET users.
All of dedicatserver_ro offers should be purged from the forum.

The "Top provider" used to put his employee to do the attacks, slander, insulting etc, he only did the main threats in PM. Now he uses some shady character which does shit, gets the boot then he imagines he can intimidate any provider into letting him back in and he also has some "me toos" like anyone perceived as a big bully by the weak but he can do nothing against anyone once his agenda has been exposed.
We are getting close to exposing this "big wolf". One day we will be able to identify him even when he doesnt give his details and we will know why he got the boot in the first place and why is he so secretive about his ticket numbers.
Of course the admins will not help and will keep encouraging him and turn this into HF but he can't go on indefinitely, his slander is already toothless and will continue to lose his bite.
Only banning can silence me and stop the investigation, old members know that :P.
I don't care about top or bottom providers, as I am nothing more than a customer, although in all fairness - the provider that you represent(ed?) is definitely far from being "top".

Nope. He multiple times acted in a way that some perceive and interpret as "playing a victim card". Maybe correctly, maybe not. @jbiloh as the owner of LET/LEB do you allow this kind of provider here? If yes, I'd better leave this place forever and would never try out new providers because they're fishy and doing dodgy things.

His unfounded and slanderous attacks remind me of his employee. If I were calling anyone the names he is encouraged to call me against the rules and by mocking the reports of the insulting and slanderous posts, slandering providers, etc, I would have been long banned.
Francisco went on the same path, provoke-provoke and provoke again, when the provocation didnt make me slip and break the rules as they did, simply made up some reason (speaking in support of some DDoS for which he was unable to provide any proof, also lied about being banned for only 48 hours, when it was actually permanent) also was used by jar , same shit, slander, slander, provoke, provoke, still no reason be banned so he made one that I was not allowed to defend when called a pedophile, because, you know, talking about that was not allowed, just the slander.
As I have said, I don't care, but it is not correct. The attacker is supposed to present the proof, not the attacked, I can make up any shit about any provider and present some text from a terminal session, call names, insult and slander and I have the right to do that even as it is against the rules, but when people defend against that and turn it against the attacker requesting proof or reporting the rules violations, then is PMSing.
If there are no rules and everything goes, fine, say so and I can do way better than AlexVolk. Making up new rules to ban undesirables while allowing and encouraging the breaking of minimal common sense rules, not to mention the written ones as long as they are "fighting the good fight" against "PMS-ing" people and providers is simply not right.
Unless @Francisco sent @Maounique or his family into Siberia to die it's not really comparable. But hey...
