Just ordered mine. It asked for a minimum of €2 to be credited to my account, which I transferred, prior to completing the order. I'm wondering - does credit have to be manually added in future for the VPS subscription, or can a Paypal subscription be made?

Currently there can no PayPal subscription be made. You have to Pay every month or pay one time for the next periods.
