I dont know about cancelling. My account shows NO activity whatsoever, it is still as it was in the 27 when i ordered, I authorized paypal payment and that is it.
Not cancelled, no progress at all.

Same here. I think we can assume it's cancelled, since there is no order record in the manager there is really no way to confirm except contacting their support. PayPal order is still "Pending"

I've ordered on the 28th of July. The only thing that has changed today is the status at the bottom of the payment page, where it doesn't say "Nous vérifions manuellement votre paiement" anymore. Does it mean they've checked my payment already? I've paid using Paypal account, but the payment has "Pending" status in my Paypal account and no invoices were added to my OVH manager account nor I received any email from OVH.

Finally refunded money reached my bank via paypal with a net loss of USD 0.22 due to forex rates...
@xset Awww, well, I've reordered it on the 3rd of August with a debit card directly, just to be sure. Unfortunately that order is on manual check so the waiting game starts all over again.

Hum, I would order again, but I dont feel like giving them my card, hackers can collect my paypal, wont help them much, but if they keep cards on record... There is no way to say for sure.

No, local support person from OVH Finland said that already accepted old order will be delivered.
All pending and accepted paypal orders will be refunded
