    They don't, believe me, I ordered 3 2g's at the same time, one of them was delivered about 24 hours ago, the other ones aren't delivered.

    No. If he ordered back when the specs had dual core he'll get a dual core.

    @bogdacutuu That is not what OVH said to me. They said Kimsufi2G has never had a specific CPU, and they can't guarantee the CPU as the CPU can be old Atom, Celeron or N2800. They claim it was wrong information on the page when ordering.

    They simply dont track the orders, they dont know the CPU beforehand, they just changed the page information, but didn't change the product id or anything like that. What do you think? IF they can't even track/install in order of time when ordered, do you think they can track CPUs? No.. you get what they have.

    Then it would be very tempting to contact a solicitor. Not only did it say 24 hours when I ordered, it said dual core. Nice case of false advertising there.

    They'd probably just cancel your order. Even if its only 1 core / 2 thread it's still worth the money for a lot of users.

    Of course it's a good offer, even with 1 core. But I think I ordered 2 cores and I want my 2 cores. If I only receive 1 core, I won't make any trouble, I'll use my server for 3 months and cancel the service after that and I won't go back to OVH again then...

    I can't believe how many people are complaining about such a cheap offer, if you really NEED the server then you should have ordered it earlier for the higher price.

    Even before 2 cores were not guaranteed, for 2G, at the high price, so I dont see an issue here.

    While it is not such a great product, the dream of everyone which wants a dedi, the price is so low that will do for a backup box at least.

    hm, got a quick response regarding cores. Not quite sure what to expect...

    Regarding the cores: the guaranteed specs are the ones that you can see on the website, 1 core. I believe there has been a mistake with that previous information. So if you want to get a cancellation for the order, I can process it right away. Sorry about that.

    There are separate queues per region. co.uk, .it, .de, other sites had their own chunk of stock, and their own separate queues of orders. Sadly the most popular kimsufi.com/fr/ is the most overloaded and most backlogged, so if you ordered there, no wonder if you still did not get the server, while others (from regional sites) already have theirs.

    That isn't entirely true, we got a Dutch OVH site (.nl) and I ordered 30 minutes after joodle did. Joodle got his already and I still didn't received anything.

    I'm US, ordered OVH.IE and KS2G and KS16 were cancelled.

    @rm_ incorrect, it is a one queue, about 5000 orders from EU, this was confirmed by OVH, there are no reqional stock /queues or anything like that. My regional OVH was able to see amount of orders in one queue. They handle it how they want. I was one of the firsts to order from my regional site on Thursday and I still havent received a box.

    @luket Like said you will get what they have, if you dont like it, cancel or wait for the box and use it until next renewal period.

  • Being old ovh customer with having few dedicated with them, ordered one kimsufi 2g on 26 July.
    After successful payment I have received this email:

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Welcome to OVH!

    We confirm the receipt of your payment corresponding to

    Your order will be verified promptly by our team.

    So they manually verify each order as Oles said "3 kimsufi per customer"."

    @talsit KS16G isnt even built yet, nobody has gotten one. It can take 2-3 weeks to get it as they have huge backlog on Ks2g currently.
