@Lviv The conclusion is that you need to stay off the internet.
I really like this emoji
no, that was after they refuse and say to me good luck and good night, have you read the full chat transcript yet?
And they already give you a guide and screenshot :
[10:11] : i dont know how to open a ticket, that was my first question
[10:11] HostDoc : Which I answered. Under the support section on the menu to the left if clicked, there is a sub menu with "Tickets"
[10:11] HostDoc : Click that
[10:12] : there are no buttons like open new ticket
[10:12] HostDoc : Click tickets
[10:13] HostDoc : It then presents the option to open a ticket
[10:15] : i dont see that
[10:16] HostDoc : It is impossible to miss.
I do not understand how you do not see it.
In fact, open ticket is directly below support, no need to click tickets
[10:17] : i will send a screenshot
[10:17] HostDoc : https://tawk.link/_Client_Area_-_HostDoc_Hosting.png
And almost all vps provider use same method, it is very easy to create a ticket...
Do you have screenshot of client area when you cannot find support and ticket menu?
I will avoid provider that do something sensitive like reinstall, refund, stop services etc from chat without ticket.. it is easy for someone to pretend as the customer...
OMG... Now you're so annoying @Lviv
Maybe in the past 15 years he's somehow never used a WHMCS based provider before.. lol
@Lviv here is the link to submit ticket https://clientsarea.hostdoc.co.uk/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1 and it's not difficult to find it, not sure why you had problem finding it, they even have a contact form on their website, PayPal disputes are very bad for business/providers so all providers usually hate it and hate customers who files one. You won't get any sympathy here, as even though services were already delivered, provider was even ready to refund but you still filed a PayPal dispute which is FRAUD and not appreciated by anybody here
@Lviv once you opened PayPal dispute, you should also have decided you don't want to deal with provider longer or complains further or thinking to resolve even. you aren't listening or reading any of the comment anyway.
So forget it and take a good rest, this isn't end of the world. But try practicing how to open ticket, you might need that again in next provider.
why is that?
That is why
i dont have that screenshot am on new pc but will do the screenshot somehow
I visited @HostDoc website for the first time today and i was able to find the link immediately and already posted it above, why you could not find it ?
yes, WHMCS is not an option for me, I'm, a virtualmin man
Honest question are you a troll?
