do not buy from this HostDoc cheater! That's not worth it!!! You will lose your money!
now now, what did you do?
Did you pay 12months in advance?
Don't worry. It's only a few euros. Relax.
Edit: I've been very happy with my SGP storage after the migration to E5. Very predictable and consistent performance.
@Lviv - bless your heart - maybe better to open a separate thread for drama if you've got something to share with the class?
Two rapid-fire posts (with or without supporting details) dumping on a decent provider's offer thread are just bad form - in my opinion.
kthxbye!
EDIT2: Happy birthday Doc. Don't say I never gave you nothing!
And count on LET to give the gift of drama ...
lulz
he refused to refund and then canceled my services, my vps's were less than 6 hours old
And ... ? As cybertech asked, what did you doooooooo?
Would be interested to know what happened
that's what he did, but question is what did you do?
that's it, I had i clean CentOS7 setup and than ran some benchmark serverscope.io
he sad i'm not allowed to use 4 cores, I said I'm sorry that was a simple test
And the chargeback? There's a chargeback in here somewhere. There always is.
I'm actually inclined to take @Lviv at his word about this - unfortunately.
Still would prefer to see further discussion in a separate thread.
Perhaps @FAT32 might be so kind as to do the needful and break these comments out into a "Diagnosing HostDoc" thread ...?
than I said that do not like this limits and he is first who bothered me about this in 15 years, I'm not used to it and asked for full refund
Do you have screenshots of the ticket? Or is your entire accout closed?
Apologies. I just looked and @Lviv isn't one of those people who join and first post is bashing someone. I prodded him because I thought he'd go on a rant, get banned, and it'd be over faster.
@Lviv - I would be interested to compare notes as to which node (location) and when this happened ?
yesterday (less than 12 hours ago) I bought SG and KS VPS'es
than i did yum update and after that a serverscope.io tests
Definitely something is wrong when you can't even bench your own server.
some results were slower than I aspects and (than I opened a ticket, not exactly, a chat) and have received a warning about CPU trotting
I said that I don't like a service or how it was handled and asked for a refund
thanks, sorry to hear.
I had a strange CPU issue a couple months ago on the "Easter France HDD" deal.
he said he has 7-days return policy
but I will not receive my money and said good lack to PayPal refund
2 refund tickets have been opened and I will inform you about its results
no, but he has, maybe, I have nothing to hide
do you ask for refund to hostdoc first or open paypal dispute first ?
yes, at the beginning and the end, so twice or even more
^
If you opened a dispute before asking for the money back then it is their right to not refund you.
But to avoid bad PR prolly best to just refund.
Also, peepeepoopoo.
