    I think they're cancelling it one by one. When I logged in, it showed only one of them cancelled. When I checked the details on the invoice, and returned to the manager, another one was cancelled. Now two of the 2Gs I ordered yesterday are cancelled. The one ordered today still shows in progress.

    Damn ridiculous.

    Looks like the LEBs are here to stay. :)

    Where do you guys go to see the list of orders? When i go to the "manager v3" i can find no orders or invoices. The last email i got from them was that they will be verifying the payment. The payment still shows as pending in paypal.

  • hows the money dude? how can they manage to refund all the cancelled orders.

    They do. It normally doesn't take long though.. my payment got processed a few hours after ordering. I have a feeling they can't keep up with all of the orders.

    The same is happening to me.
    It's been around 10hours since I ordered.

    @rm_ yep, got that one. The payment in paypal says "pending", i.e. i have given them authorization and now they have to take the money. Nothing shows in the manager v3 as invoices, orders, etc.

    The footer of that E-Mail says:

    From Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm

    Saturday: 9am- 5.30pm

    So maybe we will know more on Saturday, as their billing department is open.

    Also if anyone has had their order cancelled like this and you are able to get OVH on the phone, try calling them and ask wtf (then share what they said here)...

    Im sad, i have sent documents for verification and they can't verified it. The proof of place (or something like that) requires to be at my name... I live with my parents :(

  • My orders still show up as in progress, no cancellation. Ordered yesterday. If they don't refund, one can always file a Paypal dispute.

    @rds100 i've sent my ID, my house bill, my business bills (none at my name, but of my family), and even I sent government paperwork (from the business), with my name and address. :(

    My orders are still in progress, under 'Installation', 'Western European Datacentre' is marked as complete, just waiting for 'Setup fee' and 'OS' to be done.

    I notice the UK website says '1-10 days' for delivery now.
