I called them again just now, the person answered my call states that, he was not aware of any change on their website, and if it shows one core (though I ordered earlier), then I will get "at least" one core, and also may not be 24 hour availability. But he does not know anything else about it.
Can some one also make a call?
When i ordered a server yesterday evening it said 24 hours setup time and 2 cores. Now it says 1-10 days and 1 core. I wonder when and with how much cores they'll setup my server. If it has only one core i'll ask for/make a refund.
@sundaymouse I was told just the same thing, if I see two cores, I get at least two cores.
but yeah, someone else calling wouldn't be bad.
@camarg I was told otherwise, I contacted the Italian branch though, maybe you didn't specify when you ordered it (I ordered it when it was 24h availability and they told me I should get one in 24h)

@chauffer to me ovh.fi said they had old information and that availability is 1-10 days even though i ordered 24 hours ago when it was 2 cores and 24 hour setup time. They certainly had run out of stock and they have to build the servers.

@isy44h112 in one if my orders it happened yesterday but it was quickly handled, however it took 1.5 hours for them to send payment confirmation for all of my orders paid via paypal

Just want to clarify what is the meaning of the "Kimsufi 2G - 3 months - canceled" in their order details? Is it in 3 months it will be expiring or the order has been canceled?

Atm you could renew them instant when you got them, also 1 Month.
Thaaat's interesting, both of my orders also show up as "cancelled" now:
pretty sure the word "cancelled" wasn't there before.
However they are still listed as "in progress"; and I haven't had any communication from them ever since "your payment has been confirmed".
@rm_ what was time interval between "payment confirmation" to "my service" actual showing?
