2019 Update:
At home - $105/m for 200/200 unshaped & uncapped - only once I haven't been able to utilize the full 200mbps.
At work - $1250/m for 1000/1000 unshaped & uncapped - which is about 3x less than the previous provider.
400/40 cable at ~45€/m (unmetered)
60/30 at 35 euro / month. That is inclusive of television. No landline.
1500 MB/SMS/MINUTES (every MB, text and minute worth of calling share the same cost, so I can either use 1500 MB, send 1500 texts, or use 1250 MB of data, 250 minutes of calling, etc) for 9 euro / month.

Get yourself a MikroTik, they're not expensive at all, if you select the right port groups, and do a good job on the firewall rules, it'll run flawlessly.
