I wasn't talking about/to you but the one who you want to put in fake data and hand over his account to you. ;-)

he most likely validated his account by sending in his ID before and probably does not want to be held accountable for things you do afterwards...

VPS was deployed after Ie sent my cancellation e-mail, I cancelled the cancellation and I'm using the VPS now without any ID verification. So I guess it was only to 'speed up' things.
