  • ARiEWWW said: Within Europe you pay VAT on the advertised price of EUR 1 so it's EUR 1,21 monthly.

You only pay more than 1€ if your are in the EU and outside of Germany. If you are in Germany, the listed price already includes VAT.

The CPU seems to be ok: https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/11115409

I can't complain about the drive speed and the network speed:

Yeah, that a nice deal, sell your ass to stranger for 1 EUR also

especially after you send in your ID/passport to validate...

I had servers in Germany before and they didn't ask me for any id...

I wasn't talking about/to you but the one who you want to put in fake data and hand over his account to you. ;-)

he most likely validated his account by sending in his ID before and probably does not want to be held accountable for things you do afterwards...

  • VPS was deployed after Ie sent my cancellation e-mail, I cancelled the cancellation and I'm using the VPS now without any ID verification. So I guess it was only to 'speed up' things.

Yeah.. but why you ask someone to move to you instead buy a new by yourself?

Yes, it's 5% discount on Windows servers.

  • Today it's a €10 recurring discount on their "Root Server L" (6 vCores, 24GB RAM, 2x2TB HDD or 2x 240GB SSD, 1Gbit traffic flatrate). €26,99/month.

  • Torrent allowed?

  • that is germany, so no abuse no problem. If you generate abuse mails, they will kick you pretty sure.

Had this VPS for a few days now and very happy with it so far. Renewed it for a full year up front.
