How does their billing work? Do I need to pay in advance? If so, where can I charge my account? Do they create an invoice after I have used the service? Anyone's got a clue?

Wrong thread. This really should be closed. As a German based provider, they provide a service and you set it up. You will be billed for it, but you must be authenticated for initial billing before purchase.
