So, the company cancelled and refunded OP's money.
And now OP's world is crushing down? Weird. He certainly doesn't handle being rejected very well. Imagine how he'd react if his gal rejects him...
Nor does everyone live where you do, where apparently your ID is a portable life-support system. Thus answering your question:
Fair enough.. Then let me clarify, do not send your IDs if they can be used to take over your identity or in other words.. are actually something more than calling cards with your name on it..
Actually, yes they do.
Sometimes you just gotta let those slip out to make everyone jealous.
@harsumas A picture can tell a thousand words. We want the PICTURE to tell us, not you. If you're not able to complete such a simple request, I'm afraid that most members will choose to support SpeedyKVM.
@harsumas Do you have a sister?
anyway long time to wait since april, anyone know latest SpeedyKVM recurring coupon that still active, i like to try their kvm service in Seattle or V-dedicated.
@SpeedyKVM_Ryan
@harsumas Incero / SpeedKVM are known for these antics. While I will not assume your are fully guilt free in this case, since you can't provide any proof to show what happened in your tickets, I can still state without question that they are known to do exactly what happened to you to other people and provide either no reason or a poor excuse. This isn't something new either, you can search older posts here on LET and find other such instances where this has occurred.
I personally would never do business with Incero or it's brands anyways because of how they have treated their customers in the past (randomly changing prices on products) and the general bad taste it puts in my mouth after seeing many of these types of threads on the way their support poorly handles these refund cases. I would consider your self lucky you didn't have to find this out in 3 months in and then lose all the data you also had stored there when they randomly terminated you. I would take the money they refunded you and go to a better provider who will value you as a customer, like Ramnode, EDIS, Prometeus, UltraVPS, Liteservers, etc and be happy you won't have to deal with SpeedyKVM's unfriendly support again.
Assuming you did nothing shady at SpeedyKVM to get booted, then you shouldn't have half as much issues obtaining services from the providers I mentioned above. If you did something to get your self listed on Fraudlist by them though, it may actually now be more difficult.
Good luck finding a new and better provider!
my 2 cents.
Cheers!
This is going nowhere. We need speedy kvm account here to give explanation. You don't just suspended people with no reason.
We have amazing customers from all around the world. When people pay by card we need to verify that the card is in their possession because more than 60% of all orders are fraud.
We are a no BS provider. We provide great services at amazing prices and to do so we need to keep overheads low. If a customer is a whiner from the first interaction we drop them right away to avoid opening a can of worms. It is nothing personal, it is a solid business model that works for us. I'm sorry that we're not a good fit for you, but I am not sorry that we canceled your new signup.
If you had a genuine complaint about a service that was being offered our staff would go out of their way to make it 110% right.
Here is the ticket, in which you refused to provide proof of card and in response to which we closed your account;

Our best coupon only works in Dallas, it is listed on BuyKVM.com. Seattle and NYC have no promos other than first month via a chat agent coupon.
That english tho... Fuck me!
Gordon Ramsay, is that you??
that was too late response but thanks for your reply ..
everthing seems well ..first of all u have just suspended my account suddenly and just want to verify my account (with out any reason but i respected that ..)the ticket show that i have just accepted that (also humbling and disturbing me but i have sent the details ..) and sent the details of my photo id so why still suspend my account ? what's the real reson for that
u may all take a look at the message i have told that after check the id please unlift my suspension so what u have done just terminate my account and closed my account ..
does it seem to u proper customer support ? there isnt any significant reason for getting suspended for your service.. i have not even used your service enough ..3-4 hours later getting termination of my account ..
did i send my photo details to u ? yes
did i offended or swear or saying bad things to your self ? No
did i violate or exceed my limits about cpu ,ram , hdd ios ..etc No
was my transaction fraud ? No ...
so what ?
p.s : i didnt refuse the verification part .. i have just sent the details with google service .and told u ''when u check the id please just tell me that so i shall delete it from google server'' because i dont want to share my id with public nor hosting any other cdn service ..i didnt refuse, swear, told any bad things nor complain about your service ..just would like to learn about the real reason of the suspension of my service ..after sending my photo id getting suspended this wasnt seem right to me ..so yeah this part of the story is really annoying ..u shouldnt talk , behave like that ..i was really felt like a scammer ..

Agreed
They don't want you as a customer. Move on.
because of what ?
The reason is they don't want you as a customer most likely they think your attitude will be a problem in the long run.
Just accept it and move on.
Lesson to be learned: Get a verified PayPal account.
They asked your for a scan of your id AND your credit/debit card. All you had to do was respond with those 2 images and everything would have been gravy but instead you became combative and only provided id.
Just find another provider
I read the ticket in full and there's two things that stand out that caused it;
1.) You didn't provide all of the information they requested. You gave ID but not card you paid with.
2.) You make three paragraphs complaining about you getting your money back and them having no right to run the business how they want.
You're just making yourself look like an ass here.
Dont get me wrong but with that english... even paypal would deny.
How do you scan a VCC?
Generally most places won't accept VCC if they have proper fraud prevention measures in place for new customers.
Eh, PayPal's available in every language.
VCC might be seen as a evil concept in west where everyone likes to flash their CCs but its actually encouraged by govt. & banks in some parts of the world to use VCCs online instead of CCs and people do that. The OP clearly mentioned in his ticket reply that he used a VCC. So if they don't accept it, they could have simply told that to the customer instead of "negative attitude" insult. Even better would be like Vultr which detects most prepaid/vcc cards and doesn't allow you to pay with them.
agreed
You missed the plane. Next time bob.
I have to say I've heard that story about speedykvm several times and it annoys me too, issues with this particular customer aside. It sounds like speedykvm doesn't have its act together if it can't decide whether to accept a card before activating the service instead of afterwards.
I've never had anything like that happen to me with other providers despite opening accounts through vpn's and having had multiple purchases turned down. Either the payment is accepted and the service is activated and everything is fine, or the payment is declined and I'm asked to send ID or whatever (which I might or might not decide to do) and the service is not activated until the payment is straightened out.
Having a service activated and starting to use it, followed by the provider suspending the service and hassling me about the payment seems like incompetence on the provider's part. It's enough to get me to stay away from SpeedyKVM all by itself.
In all fairness you can't determine what about a card looks shady until after you take it. It's not like you can magically predict the variables that will be visible afterward. You can't predict from an Indonesia IP, for example, that the card they're about to use belongs to a grandmother in California. Not until they use it. Especially when you don't store the credit card information in your own system (and arguments for not doing so are incredibly strong).
This is the kind of "never had to deal with it before" thing that drives perception all too often. Perception is important because you can't communicate these things to all customers effectively, but it's also important that you recognize these truths when presented to you.
This is something I've actually explained to you in the past, I'm genuinely not sure if you enjoy feigning surprise, routinely forget, or refuse to accept the intricacies of providing services in this industry at any reasonable scale. Regardless, providers don't get to choose whether they're paranoid about this kind of thing or not. Scammers make that choice for them. Sure, some providers don't get massively targeted for fraud while others do. Rewarding that seems odd. You hope, if you understand at all how any of this works, that your provider will do what it takes to combat the problems that they routinely see. It is in the best interest of all of their customers that they do so. Cases where customer abuse impacts other customers absolutely correlate with fraud signups.
