Do they have a ticket system now ? Looks like do now from order page. I had a dedicated with databasebydesign for 5+ yrs and back then only email with no ticket system so it was kind of slow for responses. The server and network were solid though.

That was a Cyber Monday promotion, I think perhaps you do not understand the origins and meanings of Cyber Monday/Black Friday.

They are once in a year deals, the best deals you will see for a year, they are not something that can be repeated.

I got hit by MaxMind too, first time for me. I used my colo RDP server to order and it has an APNIC IP, so I assume that's why. I sent them my ID and it was set up the same day.
It was done via a ticket system (WHMCS)
