I have sent them a photo copy of my ID, and i have a registered business in EU. Maybe this is a plus for them.

Ordered a dedi from delimiter and it got delivered in 36 hours, ordered an 8gb VPS from OVH in FR and was instant delivery. 48 hours and waiting on a the delivery of a dedi from this lot. Not really arsed as they are all baseline to see which one works best for a bunch of docker containers but will give it. a few months and see which one works best.

I requested a Refund, after i saw the DC. BW Throughtput seems not to be that worse but the Support can't event respond to a simple question within 24 Hours.

Her support is very slow, I ordered a dedicated server and pay $ 18.8 dated 29-12-2015 and immediate confirmation ticket to this day has not responded ticket dated 30-12-2015, and the status of pending orders .. then when can I use? # not recomended #

yes i monitor my vps all time, its cheap offer & support not respond few minute, i think they have much work now & christmas in home,
22 tickets in 2 years, support most time respond me from 3h to 12h in work days, 3 times 18-24h
cant understand you people you pay very cheap & wish fast respond
